Tosh Bance is an Acquisitions Associate for the ABODE Communities vertical at Edgewater Ventures. Tosh's career began in consulting and technology sales for large companies, where he successfully navigated the corporate landscape for eight years. However, his passion for real estate eventually led him to pursue an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he specialized in Real Estate Development and Finance, graduating in 2022.

After completing his MBA, Tosh joined Trammell Crow Company, where he played a pivotal role in delivering a 20-story mixed-use high-rise in downtown Raleigh. In addition to overseeing this significant project, he was also instrumental in the acquisitions and predevelopment processes for multifamily pursuits totaling over 700 units, and industrial pursuits spanning over 3 million square feet. Tosh is deeply passionate about real estate development, and he is equally committed to building strategic relationships that drive successful outcomes.
