ABODE Communities

Sean Farrell joined Edgewater’s ABODE Communities team in May 2024 as the Director of Asset Management where he is responsible for all asset management activities as well as supporting development, investor relations and company operations.

Sean has approximately ten years of real estate experience in asset management and acquisition roles at Los Angeles-based owner-operator and development firms. He has been critically involved in managing over $4BN of all asset types but primarily multifamily.  Additionally, he has been integral in the acquisition of over 2,500 units.

Sean graduated from Georgia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and Australian Shepherd.
