Mike is a Principal on Edgewater Ventures’ Industrial team, with a focus on development, acquisitions, and structured finance. With nearly a decade of experience in the industrial real estate world, Mike was previously in HFF’s (now JLL’s) Charlotte office from 2016 to 2019, where he helped manage more than 25 million square feet of institutional transactions totaling more than $2.0 billion across the investment sales, recapitalization, and acquisitions segments of the business.
