Erin Moretti Pandullo joins our ABODE build-to-rent vertical with experience in multifamily acquisition and development. Previously, she worked for Grubb Properties where she oversaw urban infill multifamily projects in Washington, DC, and rezonings in Northern VA. Prior to that, she worked for a historic adaptive reuse developer to convert cotton mills in Alamance County, NC to apartments.
